Aniccha Arts Presents:
PLANTULARY
(Curated Rental)
December 7-8, 13-15, 2024
Red Eye Theater
2213 Snelling Ave | Minneapolis, MN 55404
Aniccha Arts invites you to join us in nourishing the Red Eye Theater space and the English language with plant processes and embodied vibrations. Through physical expressions, this transdisciplinary performance brings a freshness and aliveness to our connections with ourselves, with each other, and with plants. As artists, we have stayed curious on our plant walks in South Minneapolis while witnessing native and non-native plants articulate themselves in urban spaces. We share with you and our plant friends this word-list-dance-song-architecture made from observations, conversations, and relationships with each other and the plants that continue to teach us about what it means to be in relationship with the cycles of time, the processes of living and dying, and with this place that sustains us, Mni Sota Makoce.
